Welcome to Outfitter’s Mapping's Online Water Fowl Hunting Journal

Keeping a hunting journal is a great way to help hunters utilize their past hunting trips to bag more birds.  With our Online Water Fowl Hunting Journal you will be able to record important information about your hunting spots which will help you to make decisions in the future on where to hunt.

As you will see below, the Online Water Fowl Hunting Journal is simple. You will be able to record the following information about your hunting spots: Hunt Location, Country, State, Month, Species, % Cloud Cover, Weather Conditions, Barometer, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Moon Phase, Air Temp, Blind Type, Camo Used, Landing Area Provided, Landing Direction, Shooting Strategy, Decoy Strategy, Calls Used, Magnum Type, Choke Diameter, Total Bagged and a few personal Details. If you don’t use a GPS, simply use Google Earth to get the general Longitude and Latitude of your hunting spots.

After you add your information, you will be able to create a Google Earth KML File that you can save to your personal computer and pull up in Google Earth to make maps at any time.  Not only will you be able to map out all of your spots, but you will also be able to search for records and create Google Earth KML Files for each search.  For example, if you are planning a trip in March, you will be able to search for all spots that are productive in March and map them in Google Earth.

To create an Online hunting Journal through Outfitter’s Mapping, you will need to register with us. The Journal is FREE, so please sign up and enjoy the site.
